Well if they lost in court they will have to move headquarter to France or pay up 100m euros. And if they move to France that mean Falcao along with the co will have to pay 75% of their wages as taxes. This mean Monaco would have to essentially double the wages of all their players so they can remain on their current wages after taxes. As unlikely as it is, it could happens...

Not going to happen, though it would be some transfer window if it did. Stranger things have happened and moving two times in the same transfer window is not completely unheard of, just look at Anzhi and their transfer activities this summer. They bought Denisov and Kokorin but due to their unexpected money problems they sold both of them as well as our old Yuri Zhirkov to Dinamo Moscow.

Who would've thought we have a new Falcao thread so soon after Alex finally got to close the old one? Maybe we could re-open it now, just for old times sake.
