One big thing you forget is that Barca is NIKE...

Neymar is going to be the next face of NIKE. What Nike wants, barca will do.

Meaning neymar will take all fks, pks, be the center eventually for barca...

Messi cannot score as many goals as neymar on the wings, but I bet neymar could do the same given his position in the middle and the freedom messi has... Doesnt mean neymar better, but the goalscoring ability of neymar is easily possible to beat the record and the fact that neymar is a diving douche as well.

A, No it doesn't. Assumptions are the brother of all fuck ups conjured out of thin air to create some sort of strength or benefit to you're own irrational thinking without actually providing any evidence.

B. Messi won't leave Barca for Newell's until his mid thirties according to Heinze, so that's another 7 years of football at top level.

C. Will Neymar be able to adapt to his game as Messi Did? From being a winger, to a false 9, and now to an even deeper role and still funcuate with class? I want evidence not assumptions you continue to spew out.

Neymar can score more than Messi on the Wing? You honestly need to stop typing.

The years Messi played on the wing, 2008-2009 season and 2009-2010 season he has scored 38 goals and 47 goals in those seasons. A team where it had Eto'o, Henry, Gudjohnsen, and Ibra who at the time were all three used as 'target' men or the main focal point. To make such a claim considering Neymar has yet to even reach 20 goals in beyond laughable.

Your 'claim' of Messi being the main focal point didn't apply then considering Messi was forced wide to accommodate those strikers. Even today Messi is now playing at a deeper role than before so this would make it easier for Neymar to now score goals with Messi supplying him? The only proof you have of Neymar ever reaching those numbers, is your opinion and nothing more, and I will say that he won't by actual evidence. It is highly unlikely that anyone in our generation will reach Messi's goal scoring records.

So, you definitely didnt watch barca, because messi rarely played on the wings and shafted zlatan during those years......

MEssi didnt have to accommodate anyone, everyone had to accomdodate messi... (HENRY, Zlatan, and even Villa)

Messi hasnt had to accomodate anyone since Ronaldinho.

I highly doubt Messi will stay at barca for another 7 years....

Also, the point was goalscoring, not being a better player... Neymar has everything to beat both cr7/messi.

You say Messi had to accommodate everyone, but in reality he didnt... The offense still revolved around Messi and even in argentina, it was aguero that had to accomodate Messi, which is exactly why aguero sucked balls in the world cup and the exact reason why Tevez is not getting called up for Argentina..

I don't think Neymar can be as effective as Messi in a false 9 role. I was not particularly impressed with the times I've seen him play more centrally. Perhaps that could change in the future given enough time for Ney to develop and grow into the role but that's not a certainty by any means, agreed.

Even though Messi is an exceptional playmaker and is assisting Neymar a lot, Messi had prime Xavi and Iniesta to feed him whereas Neymar has the aged versions that get overrun in midfield against tougher sides and a not at the top of his game Messi - and even at his top form he's not as good of a playmaker as Xavi and Iniesta once were - so I don't think this is exactly fair. If Neymar can beat their numbers is yet to be seen.

Which is sort of expected given his role on the team and the declining of both Xavi and Iniesta. Even then I remember Iniesta had some really exceptional number of assists once or twice in the last 5 years. Xavi's impact was more about controlling the tempo and setting the conditions for attacking, not the assists per say.
