It's been a while since I made a new Hotseat thread. You could say it's becaue I'm a lazy bastard but I say it's because I have had limited internet connection and I'm a lazy bastard.

Without further mucking around I present to you Hotseat 16; @Sidzeret.

But first remember some basic rules:

  • Don't harass other members with inappropriate questions.
  • Don't insult or troll members.
  • Don't expect your question to be answered, it is up to the member to answer it or not. If they feel uncomfortable answering it they have the right to not answer it.
  • Be sensible and respect other users.

classical guitar or electric ?

where in India?

My first guitar was a Fender CD60 acoustic in which I started learning. Later I played on an Ibanez electric. I love the electric more because I like rock and pop punk more than other genres.

I'll add to these: steel or nylon strings? cutaway or non-cutaway?

I like the nylon strings on the acoustic since I'm not very good with fingerpicking. I always wanted to learn that style but never actually got the time.

The non-cutaway looks good to me IMO even though both are identical when it comes to sound, but each to his own, i guess.

@zolayes, @Dion, You guys play?

1. Frank Lampard is definitely the player who influenced me the most. I always tried to emulate his style of play when I was playing as a kid- even the finer aspects like the way he runs and his shot technique. Beckham was also a major influence. His free-kicks and Lamps late runs into the box were my 2 favorite things in football when I was a kid.

My favorite player will have to be John Terry. John's always worn his heart on his sleeve and probably one of the reasons why I started following Chelsea in the first place- him and Lamps

2. I followed England because they used to have a Chelsea core. Terry was captain, Lamps,Bridge, Cole were all there. I don't want to anything to do with The English NT right now. Still confused which team to support for the Euros. Besides, I don't feel any sort of emotion or passion when it comes to NTs, so I rather wait for India to enter the big stage.

3. Montana Yorke

4. Blink 182. I loved them since from my school days and still do even though their better days are well gone.

I also listen to Maroon 5, The Scripts, Greenday, Hot Chelle Rae, The Fray, Pink Floyd, One Republic, Coldplay, Linkin fucking Park ( watching them live was one of the best times ever), Sum 41. There's' a lot more, nut these are the names that suddenly comes to my mind

5. We often go to local pubs where they screen EPL games. Most times, we just bunk at our friends' places with a few beers

Stone or Watson?

Watson. She looked like an angel in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower

1. What are your pet peeves?

2. What are your favourite curse words/phrases?

3. How did you become a Chelsea fan?

4. Which jersey number do you like to wear when/if you play football?

1. People who use words like, 'like', 'you know' too many times in a sentence, you know

2. I swear there is not a single day in my adult life where I haven't used the F word. 'Fuck right off' comes to me naturally when I am feeling insecure or angry.

3. The EPL was a fairly big deal at school and Chelsea were champions the first season I started watching regularly. I distinctly remember watching Raniere's Chelsea but wasn't really a fan back then. Ever since that game against Bolton when we won the title, I knew Chelsea was my club. Also the way the fans reacted after Bolton also had a big influence.

Also I didn't know, back then, that every single one of them Chelsea bastards are fucking rent-boys. :D:ph34r:

4. I wear #23 on my football shirt and #16 on the basketball shirt. Even though I rarely make the college team for football, I always win our Fantasy Premier League private league, so I got that going for me, which is nice!

Are you not going to answer any of these questions?

Lloris or Handanovic?

I had to google Handanovic.

Lloris, for me, definitely makes the top 5 in the list for best GKs. Shame he plays for Spuds. Clear proof that playing for a shitty side makes you look shitty. Right behind Neur as the best sweeper keeper in the world.

Are you going to answer any of the questions? :P

Are you going to ask any questions? B):D

agree with you

Juan Mata or Isco?

Out of the following foods, which ones do you like the most? list them in order

tandoori chicken

nahari

korma

biriyani

daal

Mata. Isco got nothing on the man. Mata is a better passer, has a better shot and an eye for goal. The only place where Isco is better is that he has a better work-rate, which itself is pretty average compared to the standard set at the Bridge by Mourinho.

Seems like you did your bit of googling as well

Tandoori chicken

Nahari

Korma

Daal

Biriyani ( very unhealthy and I rarely eat that)

Agree with you regarding Mata, but I think Isco is better at dribbling too (which is outstanding consider Mata is amazing with the ball)

Nope, no googling. :D Biriyani tastes amazing! Don't know what you're talking about :( eating some right now haha
