The last guy in that list, Mohamed Demirci, FM 2013 legend, insane stats. After two or three seasons something like 20 Technique, 20 Flair, 19 Dribbling, First Touch & Creativity, 17/18 Passing & Agility. Didn't live up to his FM reputation I guess.

Yes, they are right. Viitorul sold Manea's economic rights (100%) to Pini Zahavi through an offshore company called Apollon Football (Public) Limited for 2.5 million euros. Now Apollon Limassol in Cyprus is his "mother" club and was loaned in Belgium for the season. 

It's all about 3rd party ownership here and Hagi, Viitorul's owner, sold his rights to the highest bidder. That's why we didn't hear anything from Chelsea regarding this transfer.
