Liuxas 124
I prefer Griezzman. Yes he's not target man. But i prefer World Class star like him than tall Wooden player like Morata or Belotti.

Turns up in massive games that mattered. His final season with us, while played s*** most of the time, showed leadership on that pitch and in the dressing room. Which Costa lacks at the moment. Oh, I forgot about the terrible Scolari. Anyway. Actually he scored 4 in 11 matches (10 matches if we don't count Brentford - came in as sub for 15 mins) that he has played since the China gate. FA Cup games are just as important as the PL games since we should be aiming to get a League Double. Hitting the woodwork counts as a shot off target, so it's nothing special. Do you know how many times Torres has "hit the woodwork?" Hitting the woodwork unless rebounds to a Chelsea player and scores doesn't do jack for us. Might as well shoot over the bar. I'd rather he shoot towards the goalkeeper and pray the keeper makes a mistake. Costa has a lot (and I mean a lot) of work to do to consider him around the same caliber as Drogba. Him bragging about wanting to go to Atletico before doesn't do him or us any favours and him saying that makes me think he is not happy here. We seriously need a replacement in the summer, especially when CL returns to our schedule. Drogba was a big game player in cup finals and no one will probably match his record in them, Costa however is a bigger flat track bully and that's why his record as a lead striker at big clubs is 2 titles in 3 years and likely to be 3 in 4 very soon. Drogba only ever won 1 title being the main man up top (04/05 and 05/06 he shared the role with Eidur then Crespo). Yes he's got a lot to do as it stands to match Drogba, but ten years ago Didier had a lot to do to match Hasselbaink. 4 in 10 isn't the most disastrous run in the world, and I'm sure he did but I can't recall Torres ever hitting the woodwork. We need another striker to compete with him, but id be careful about selling him despite his flaws. Blue Armour

I know hes not doing it out of animosity but he must know that everything he says in interviews gets out and it builds up bad feelings. Yeah I could totally understand his initial thoughts about wanting to get back to Spain and the life hes always known. We go where our heart tells us. He didn't like the English lifestyle, food, weather but now to say hes open to a move to PSG thats what gets me. Does he think theres a big difference between the 2 places? Chelsea striker Diego Costa hints he would be open to move to French football Quote "I am very happy at Chelsea but anything can happen in football. BoyBlue96 990
Good. Give Michy a chance. Or Pedro as striker. At least someone who isn't making it clear that he wants to leave. Michy gets 0 minutes from Conte yet he doesn't make it clear in every interview that he wants to leave Chelsea. Done with this fucking Brazpaniard.

Sounds like something a Belgian would say. Being completely honest in an answer and getting it blown up. Should he say something else to keep people happy? Probably, but he's not saying he wants to leave.

He's more direct than Hazard is and looks more likely to pull up and take the shot if given the space. Michy has obviously not impressed Conte enough to have any sort of chance st playing unless we're winning and at this point in the season, Conte is more likely to make a defensive sub than give Michy minutes. BlueLyon 9,359
Funny how everyone expects Lukaku/Morata to replace Costa. Its actualy quite possible that Conte signs another striker, Michy leaves, while we dont sign any RW at all,  while Costa stays. The rage on this thread will be epic. communicate
