The Samsung sponsor blends in quite well though. At least they only use text, an entire logo with borders and shapes would be far worse.

Disagree . Some sponsors really help make a shirt look good. I mean the 08/09 away chelsea had that was one of the best examples of the sponsor looking good

That's only because we're so used to seeing them with sponsors. It would be odd to see a premier league kit without one.

There have been a few teams who have played a season without a sponsor though! West Ham in 1998, while Barcelona I think went through a few years without a sponsor on their shirts, especially during the Kluivert and De Boer days
