Mohamed Salah

How will we ever find out they are good if they are not even given a chance in a dead rubber match like the sporting Lisbon game?? From the little we have seen of Boga he clearly offers more than Salah, look at Harry Kane, it's not like Spurs signed him for big money, he just took his chances when he was given them, something we seem never to do instead spend ridiculous money on average players like Salah

Why on earth are we going to register a young player in our CL squad?!

Kane didn't just appear out of nowhere. He had been out on loan to different clubs since 2011 trying to make a name for himself and show Tottenham he deserved a chance. He and Boga are in no way comparable at this moment of time.

Finally, say all you want about Salah, but he is far from average. It just shows how little you know/seen of him.

Exactly. You can't judge him legitimately in a 10 minute sub cameo.

Personally he is the only one of our 3 wingers who hasn't been given a reasonable chance to prove himself. He needs a 5 game run. If he's still awful after that then maybe you have a point and a loan would be good for him.

To be fair, on this point alone, that logic doesn't prevail at Chelsea. We've had players excel on loan, just to be shown another loan where they don't replicate and their confidence becomes destroyed (like Sturridge, Chalobah, even Bertrand. So I kind of see what the OP meant.

Did any of them players excel and take their chances at Chelsea (when they got them)?

Unless they are integral to the team, they won't be starters. Matic is the prime example of a player that didn't get a look in at Chelsea as a youngster, but look at him now. I agree we should be giving more youngsters chances, but they have to be ready also.

Fuck sake at least look Harry Kane up before typing this. He has had a few loan spells away where he struggled, hes nothing in comparison to Boga because Boga has just played u21 football where as Kane played Championship and very likely League 1 as well as u21 football. This is nearly as bad as the guy on twitter who said Bamford was better than Kane and Kane was nothing special despite being the best English player form wise right now.

A loan would be beneficial. He still got 4.5 Sears on his contract. 1 vor 2 ys at a small vor middle sized Club in epl or buli and he would surely double bis resell value. We would need another Winger tho.

Do not geht why he and remy are not given more chances. If we don' t win a major title again this season it will be due to jose's unwillingness to rotate

agree

Subs like Remy, Salah, Luis, zouma, Ake must be rotated more frequently for 2 reasons: one is to give some break to first team players like costa, fabregas, cahill etc and two is to give those subs a chance to have match physical and mental fitness..otherwise what is the use of having those subs in a big team like chelsea

At the moment he isn't worse than Schurrle, which must be frustrating for the German, considering he played a quite good world cup.

Hope he gets some games in the near future, against Spurs he was surprisingly good. A pity that he didn`t play part today.
