Not sure who I'd prefer, Salah or Griezmann.

Oscar is Brazil's number 10, not 11, he's just swapped with Neymar ahead of the WC for commercial reasons.

Oscar/Willian/Hazard all deserve the shirt over Salah.

Two of the three I agree with, but Willian doesn't IMO.

Also, Griezmann is a good player, but he hasn't performed in the CL for a better team than Basel.

I really don't think they would only do it temporarily. Oscar is our no. 11 here so it made sense for him to switch. Neymar is their poster boy for this year, so it also made sense for him. I don't think Oscar really cares about the politics of the number whereas Neymar and the people around him would...

I don't think you can switch numbers in mid season unless you're suggesting we keep the number 10 free till the summer? But like you said, Jose never cared about shirt numbers.

I am aware mate, but crazier things have happened. Look at Willian going to Tottenham. Everything was done expect for signing a contract. This is the same as the current situation.
