You don't play like that just by coincidence. That's not possible in Football. You are either able to perform a certain Level ore you are not.

And if Matic, fore whatever reason, is not able to release his Magic by his own, it's Conte's Job to help him find a way to do so.

Because, if Conte can't release the best Matic possible, what can we expect from him when it comes to Players who are far less talented than Matic?

Matic would only fit in a 3-5-2. 3-4-3 doesn't seem to work. It did seem to work back last year in the winter but right now, it seems like that effect has worn out. 

But even then I think it would be wise to sell him. And Matic himself should consider moving to Italy because I think that's the perfect league for him.

I do accept that I felt he was great that season, but "abnormally high" is a bit of a stretch.

Also, whilst Matic did play an important role, he did not win us the title. Not this year, not 2 years ago. He was important, but not to that point.

This is something I do agree with you on. I do agree that I know that Matic can be a monster on his day, but right now, it doesn't look like he will be able to go back to that version of himself on a consistent basis.

No, it is not. Conte´s job is to make sure that the team ticks together and performs. If one player can't adapt to the system, tough shit. You either adapt or you are out.

He, and I´m sure others, see him as a defensive midfielder. Getting him behind our strikers would be madness, and those highlight videos won´t change that.

Yes, he can score screamers, and go past other players, but that happens rarely.

Why would u want to keep Kante on the bench who has not only been our best player but the best in the league. I m not going to degrade Matic but it doesnt make any sense to play Matic over Kante. 

And playing Nainggolan & Matic together, the best option would be to play the 3 men midfield which will be Matic - Kante - Nainggolan with Nainggolan being the free roam and the attacking outlet for us.

Please do not start telling people how to spell. There are all different types of cultures on this forum and not everyone will spell or speak the language perfectly, so please refrain from a regimental way.

I think that's something many of you here misunderstand. What I mean is ... He was/is one of the Pillars of the Title Winning Season(s).

Sure it's his Job. Ore at least Part of his Job. What else is  the Reason for Coaches to do private Training Sessions, Conversations and Match Analyses with single Players?

How would it be madness? It would be perfect. A Playmaker, who has Vision, the Ability to go past Players, open up the Space and create Chances as well as reclaim the Ball and initiate Attacks out of his own Half, if need be.

It happens rarely. Then Conte needs to put him into a Position, where it happens more often.

1) If I had to choose 2 out of the 3, I'd take Matic and Naingollan I think. But all 3 of em forming the same Midfield would probably be the best. I agree on that.

2) Because I believe that Radja is the more reliable DM while Matic is a natural Playmaker.

Because Matic is a natural Playmaker and a very good DM at the same Time. Kante doesn't provide enough offensive Abilities to be chosen over Matic.

The Article claims, what I've been thinking since the beginning of last Season.

That Conte knows and aknowledges Matic being on of the Pillars of the Team.

And that he kows it would be a big Mistake to let Matic go, because without him the Task to defend the Title and be successful in the Champions League would be a lot harder.
