Maybe Mourinho was thinking about him since he is young enough be be considered home-grown if he comes and stays for 3 years

He won't develop as much playing for chelsea in the u21 squad than in Anderlecht with champions league next season. For his own sake he should stay with them because loans, u21 or bench is only waiting for him with us

Well if he is as great as people are saying he shouldn't even need a loan or be in the u-21, he would go to the first team.

Juventus are staying interested in Anderlecht's new sensation from this season. Also Arsenal and Chelsea showed interest. According to Tuttosport Anderlecht wants at least €7m for the 17y old.

It would be a stupid move, this guy is too god to play with Juve's reserves.

One more season with Anderlecht and he will develop as a Pogba-like kind of player with a better passing flair. A mix between a strong DM, fast Box 2 Box, and DLP passing range. Can't be waisted.

You don't see every day that kind of pass from a 16 years old player (17 now)

No reason for Anderlecht to sell at 7 now when they may get 40+ in two years.

He's a huge talent, but even if he does stay for two more years, there is no way he'd go for £40m...

Anderlecht don't have the financial clout to reject a bid of even half of that.

Shaw at 18 will likely go for 30 and Tielemans is a better prospect and a CM to boot. It depends on when he graduates if it is at the end of this upcoming year 2014-2015 then Anderlecht will get what open market dictates if it's two years then they'll get more. If he continues to progress there will be an open bidding war it won't be cheap.

That's completely irrelevant because Shaw plays for a PL team that have a wealthy owner.

There is no way anyone from the Belgian league will go for £40m.

Make me think of a two footed verrati . stronger physically ! this guy is only 17 and already looks like a “veteran”. Anderlecht again! I Am thinking.. sick thing if they could keep their talents moneywise they could have right now the likes of : janujaz, musonda, lukaku , alongside tielemans, praet and could build on this for years.. . after kompany/mertens generation .. no wonder such teams like ajax too cannot fight on the European scene like decade ago. Anyway..

Think he will be fairly cheap. Shaw comparison doesn't work since he has this English hype all around him. Youri's contract will expire in 2016 and there is no guarantee he will extend. Other teams in Europe can throw him 40,000 a week but I bet the maximum Anderlehct can offer would be 10,000 or below. Even if his agent has a brain of dolphin, he wouldn't extend and let the market decides -> Anderlehct will be in a hurry to make whatever profit -> BOOM! 15m or less.

Anderlecht refused an offer from Juve of 7M€

They are not in a hurry to sell. It's better for them to keep him at least 1 or 2 more seasons

We should try to reach an agreement with Anderlech as long as he is quite cheap. They could keep him on loan for two years but it would be a shame to miss out on him..
