Belgian starlet Julien Ngoy is understood to be attracting interest from England, but no decision has been taken on his future.

The 15-year-old has emerged as one of Europe's hottest properties, despite not being attached to a club.

Instead, any side keen on snapping up the talented youngster will have to negotiate with the famous Brussels academy where he has honed his skills.

Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are all believed to be keen on discussing a deal.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris St Germain are also closely monitoring a player who saw his profile rise considerably on the back of two impressive outings for Belgium's U16 side in March.

Already 6ft tall and boasting blistering pace, Ngoy is considered to be ready to join the ranks at one of the continent's top clubs.

His father has suggested that a switch to the Premier League would be his preferred choice, but all avenues are being explored at present.

Brussels academy director Nkandu Ntondo said on Ngoy: "Julien is a big talent, one of the biggest I have seen in my academy.

"No decision has been made as yet (on his future)."

15 year old, used to play at Anderlecht but was brought to Bruges with Seth Nkandu.

Had to leave Bruges because he was labeled as "unmanageable". Then went to the Nseth academy.
