We are delighted to announce David Luiz has agreed to become our Official Junior Ambassador.

A favourite amongst our young fans, the flamboyant Brazilian has always been keen to get involved in our junior activities and jumped at the chance to take up an official role. Our young fans are our future and with David's support, we hope to continue to bring our young fans closer our great club.

David Luiz will aim to inspire young fans by offering them unrivalled behind-the-scenes access to the club through a monthly blog, while giving them the opportunity to meet him at a number of exclusive junior events. There will also be a few surprises along the way…

To mark this exciting announcement, we are offering one lucky junior fan the chance to have David Luiz visit them at school! Not only will he sign autographs and pose for lots of photos, he will also stick around for an exclusive Q&A session in your classroom. There will also be signed shirts up for grabs for the runners up.

For a chance of winning this great prize, we need you to use your imagination and show us just how much you loveDavid Luiz by drawing your best picture of the Brazilian defender - the more colourful the better! The entries will be judged by a panel of experts with David Luiz having the final say on which one he likes best.

Now here's the important bit. You must be 16 or under to enter. Entries must be no larger than A4 and must include your name, age, e-mail address, contact phone number and the name and address of your school. Send your entries to the address below, no later than 31 December 2012. Alternatively, you can e-mail your design to[email protected]

great idea, great person to do it.,you can entertain a kid for hours by just pulling funny faces and Dave makes even me laugh sometimes with his funny goofy ways,is only when they go through the "Kevin & Perry phase" they can be hard work with but that`s often with parents, some teachers if they sense a weakness,be cool to others not so close to them tho..not all teenagers are bad of course but i think even nice kids go through phases. i was a lil cunt by my own admission to be honest.

imagine how blown away those kids would be by just watching him with a ball teaching them all his magical skills..i grew up in the same street as a lad who was playing for Luton Town when they were a good side in the old top flight before the premiership in the mid to late 80`s,winning the Milk Cup..he was only a young player on the fringes of the 1st team and never became a regular but i thought this lad was insanely skillfull when playing him in the street,i can`t imagine what seeing someone like Luiz at close hand would have been like for me when i was say 12 and thought the sun shone out of Colin Pates` arse! haha

couldn't think of someone better. not only is he an absolute laugh, anyone that follows him on twitter will see he is always playing with his young relatives.

also his passion for the game is very present and he will be great at that role. hopefully itll be a long term role. when his playing days are over he'd be great at youth promotion
