I would love to have Apple as a sponsor next.

Is the biggest, and sexiest company in the world!

But do they sponsor team?

I don't know.

fuck off I hate apple for what they do and what they act like... ouuuhhhh we've invented the Tablet... yeahr fuckers so wat was windows tablet edition (even them have stolen it9... uhhh we invented the graphical desktop and the mous... fuck you this was xerox and you and bill gates even signed the guest book...

ouuuhhhh we've built a little mp3player that has no display and you don't know what its gonna play for a song when you press next... and you have to act like this is the greatest invention of all time... say all hell yeah... and this little peace of shit we will sell to you for 200 Bugs...

oh and then we have to demand 700 Euros for that iPhone, because of the extraordinary quality... and we let china and taiwan built them for about 50 Bugs...

asshole in stlye apple... I dont get emotional at companys but as I'm an educatet IT specialist and studying economic computer science I have to hate them wholeheartedly... so I would be disappointed...

Audi was quite nice... I love them Cars... especially that A8... so we could get them on our shirt for me...

Well if it makes you any happier, I don't own any Apple product.

I think Apple product are made to look great but quality is not that great.

But of course the mass don't really know that.

For example my mp3 is a Cowon J3. One of the best in the market, that has great sound. Much better then Ipod.

Just that with Ipod you can do so much stuff.

I build my own desktop instead of buying a Mac.

However, that still don't negate that Apple is the biggest brand in the world. They are hot, sexy, hype.

So a lot of people would love to be associated with them.

it's all right. 1 bn is not much of a financial set back to Samsung. they have enough money to practically take over a country like Argentina or something. 1 billion maybe a fraction of it's quarterly PROFIT, let alone, revenue

I have to say, I find this quite ridicules.

What's even funnier was when I was younger and playing video games, I often wonder why Nintendo never sued PlayStation for stealing their ideas?

They came up with most of them, and PS, Xbox all they did was improve it.

Same difference between Apple and Samsung.

Not necessarily true, it wasn't exactly stealing. Sony and Nintendo developed early models of the Playstation together. Nintendo wanted to use the powerhouse Sony (Sony was an aboslute powerhouse in the 90s) as a tool to develope better technology relating video games and CD ROMs. Eventually Sony became aware of the potential of the video game market and the potential of the Playstation. They kicked Nintendo out of the project before Nintendo could stab them in the back. Being so behind in the 'disc' market and Sony being so far ahead Nintendo's only way of competing with the Playstation was to revert to 'cartridge' based technology. If they had attempted to develope another disc based console, they would have lagged behind in terms of time and Sony may have created their own market before a Nintendo disc based console was released publicly. On another note, Nintendo have always been somewhat anal about pirating and homebrewing and they feared the potential of a disc based console would promote pirating, so that is why when they finally released a disc based console [the Gamecube] it had smaller 'customised discs'. Almost ironically the Nintendo DSi is one of the easiest things to pirate in the world with it's built in SD card slot.

Well what about the rumble pack?

Nintendo was the first to my aware that created such thing for games.

And then PS came with the dualshock.

Recently the Wii controller, and PS and Xbox with their own stuff later.

That sounds about the same Samsung has done and AAPL sue them for.

Different technology same result. You can hardly patent something that vibrates otherwise Nintendo wouldn't have been able to release the rumble pack due to the existence of vibrating dildos. Same goes for your other example, different technology same result. Besides, their is a difference in laws between Japan and America.

Not on your life, google is the most annoying privacy invasive company out there

Even more annoying that Apple's location tracking service? Well at least you can turn Apple's tracking device off.

Privacy is almost dead. How many more access points to our private information exist now compared to 30 years ago?

It is scary how many there are! I am willing to bet that all phones have a tracker in them. Anything with GPS can be tracked. I really hit my limit with Google when I bought a AT&T go phone to use in the US in the summer. In order to use any of the apps you had to log in through google. I also don't like the way that they have stitched all their products together to gather more information on you.
