If it's just for the one game you can literally take it in and hang it over the edge. You'd have to sit in the upper tier, mind you. You have to have a certificate to prove it's fire retardant, if the flag has been custom made this should be sown into the back of it. Although every game I've been to neither mine or my mates flags have ever been checked.

Why don't you just take it in and see ? the worst that will happen is they say "sorry sir your going to have to put that away." I don't personally see why you would wish to fly a flag that is in no way connected with Chelsea, but that's up to you and im pretty sure you'll be allowed to fly it.

Nearly all of the flags in the stadium are fixed permentally there so just make sure the flag is weighted or a heavy material or it will fly up and drive those sitting near it mad.

No and you'll get locked up if you get caught doing this, people have died as a result of this. Football grounds are not the places to set off or fire flares.
