Assistant coach already said Chelsea closest to signing him,and now with all his quotes,looks all but set to sign for Chelsea. CFC can afford the price and his wages,first team assurity,AVB loves technical players,have Belgian players at CFC already,AVB philosophy = beautiful football. -S.I still didn't saw that beatiful football this year in Chelsea..
