lionsden 4,689
Oh i know where this madness came from, our board is run by monkeys...seriously we need people with common sense running transfer affairs at the club. If Downing, a technically inferior player to Kevin can go for £20m, £10m should be seen as a bargain for the Belgian.. . .plus Kevin has the scope to become one of the best players in his position in the future. ulsterchelsea 3,221
Why don't some of you have a lie down for a while and calm yourselves. This has another 12 hours to run and we are taking quotes from everywhere as gospel! Let's see what midnight brings before we start pulling on our testicles and throwing hissy fits
lionsden 4,689
Honestly if we fail to get this kid and sign Ribery for £30m (or whatever fee) I will never forgive Gourlay,AVB or whoever is responsible for this madness and I seriously mean that. We cannot sign Ribery.

Badboy 1,526
Wow he can hit a ball put it that way lol, some of his goals are just unbelievable. He is a midfielder though which is good, who else thinks he looks like Mikael Forssell lol ?
lionsden 4,689
http://www.telegraph...-de-Bruyne.html"A fresh offer of around £5 million was made yesterday for De Bruyne" . . . .that's very inspiring

Kevin De Bruyne, i seen some of him, he looks very talented and promising, he will be a much better play than Downing, and if he's going for 10 million as you say... then our board is pathetic, this is a bargin, and we need to snap him up before some other club does, otherwise it will be another mistake, for example Aguero at City, talent we've missed out on. Tomo 21,751
If De Brunye wants this bad enough he will be here, hopefully he will stay because we could do with a player like him.

BlueLion. 21,491
£8 million should do it.

calculatingInfinity 1,472
Would be a great signing. Sure he will need some time to get used to premier league but in the end I think he will be a great signing.
Kojo 4,676
@Sloth i thought he was a midfielder not a winger like downing ?Yeah i think he is to be honest, i think he's played on the wing, but i'm not all n all sure where he exactly plays. Hamilton 2,120
Yeah i think he is to be honest, i think he's played on the wing, but i'm not all n all sure where he exactly plays. If you're talking about De Bruyne, he's currently a right footed left winger. Vercauteren, our previous manager, made him this way. The years before in youth he played as AMC or FC, scoring lots and lots of goals. Now we have to see how our new coach, Mario Been, is going to use him..
Hamilton 2,120
And if Genk is going to keep rejecting this could go the same way as with Courtois (intentions were he was staying on loan at Genk)..

Badboy 1,526
I am sick and tired of right footed left wingers at this club to be honest, its just too predictable. We should sign him and see if we can play him in the middle some were, he got 16 assists last season which tells me he knows when to release the ball, mind you he probably got those assists in a wide position.
