We should sign him and see if we can play him in the middle some were, he got 16 assists last season which tells me he knows when to release the ball, mind you he probably got those assists in a wide position.Wingers get much more assists than midfield playmakers, which is why i don't get it when people go on about Modric not having any assists, when it's usually the playmakers who send that ball to the wingers for them to square/cross it in, they pretty much get the 2nd assist, but it doesn't count statistically.
