I don't follow Swansea a lot, but from what I've heard and read they weren't satisfied with Josh because with him in their lineup they didn't look strong and physical in midfield.

Their midfield is already pretty established, with Britton and Allen among the most accurate passers in Europe. Still a shame that he's getting few opportunities.

As for the accurate passing, obv. you can be very accurate when you pass back to your df or gk half of the time.

We fucked it up by not sending him on loan in the summer. AVB/the board should have made a decision on whether they were going to utilize him or not. It's always hard for players to join a club in January and expect to fit in straight away. Especially when the club you're joining already works SO well as a unit. It's harsh to blame them for not starting him. But he should be getting some minutes off the bench, definitely. And he should start once in a while. I think he's only started in the FA cup for them??

He started the game they lost to Norwich at home. Didn't help his reputation with the fans at all.
