AVB/the board should have made a decision on whether they were going to utilize him or not. It's always hard for players to join a club in January and expect to fit in straight away. Especially when the club you're joining already works SO well as a unit. It's harsh to blame them for not starting him. But he should be getting some minutes off the bench, definitely.
