The time has come once again where the TalkChelsea Managers League is recruiting!

Xpert-11 is an online football simulator where you are the manager. Obsess over tactics and formations, make that killer signing, develop your own youth academy and even design your club's strip - you are in total control of your own football club, and you can pit your wits against the forum's best footballing minds.

Last season, an impressive number of members pitted their wits against each other across three bitterly-contested divisions, and the window of opportunity is again open for you to take part and challenge for the title. We've had page after page of tactical discussion - and now is your chance to prove you have all the know-how.

Xpert11 is easy to play but difficult to master - do you think you've got the ability and intelligence to become the champion?

The game is completely free to play and will take no longer than fifteen minutes of your day - you don't even have to be online to see champions X-Rated hand you your asses...

...so are you going to be the one to knock Terminator X off his perch?

Whether your side is battling for the title, challenging from promotion or even scraping to stay in the division, you have full command of your side and with the ability to name youth players, you can even call upon some famous football faces to lead you to glory - fancy seeing Daniel Sturridge or John Terry lead your side's title challenge?

From a first-timer I recommend everyone sign up and play this! It only take 10minutes a day to play, you just have to decide tactics, train players and minor things like that. It's great fun, the banter is priceless and it's not hard to pick up at all smile.gif

Another plus point is the banter involved... people have often enjoyed the Mourinho-Ferguson bitching contests in the past, but nothing compares to the heated discussion of the discussion thread. See Arsene Wenger put to shame by Terminator X's 'didn't see it' rants or see BlueLion seethe in true Villas-Boas style over that refereeing howler...
