We can understand that Chelsea has agreed a loan move for The 18 years old center back Tomas Kalas to Vitesse Arnhem .

Tomas Kalas had signed a five-year contract for Chelsea last summer after completing his move from the Czech side sigma olomouc.

I think Kalas will benefit from a loan move to the Dutch league! He'll go down the same route as Rajkovic did!

Players who have been under contract at us do really well in Holland on loan... Rajkovic of course, and Miroslav Stoch (should have kept him)

No one knows if the loan moves were responsible for their lack of development. It could be that they were simply not good enough. Besides none of those guys would have gotten much playing time here which would be probably worse than being on loan.

Actually I kinda feel our youth players dont have the mental attribute to stay calm and be determined to break into the first team.

Partly also due to the board/management not giving chances though.
