Yes he did, AVB has his own style of football, his own likes, Porto before AVB was less creative, the percentage of ball possession was lower... AVB likes good football and he implemented that in FCP

No, Falcao is probably the only of the trio Chelsea is supposed to be interested (Hulk, Moutinho, Falcao) that isn't overrated, Falcao is just the best striker that i've seen playing in Portugal, he is a natural talent, and with AVB is the garantee of goals in chelsea.
