According to reports,Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has asked Ron Gourlay and Bruce Buck to complete the transfer signings of Javier Pastore, Romelu Lukaku and Luka Modric as soon as possible. It's been confirmed that Modric,Pastore,and Lukaku are Chelsea's top target this summer. Although they are very keen on getting Johnson aswell as reported below.
