Signing Cuadrado was a gamble we took and we have yet to see how that gamble turns out to be. As for Salah's form it actually does shock me. He had a few chances but looked very bad when he played. I don't buy into the match fitness thing, it's not like he played 20 matches before he started playing good for the Italian side. If Cuadrado turns out to be a flop then indeed it's a waste of money but you never know. 30+ million is an awful lot of money but we can cope with it. Some players just do better at other leagues/clubs it's just how it is.

Ok, let's discuss. Why is Cuadrado a waste of money? He has yet to play a full match. Early to judge mate. We don't have a problem with FFP at all. We spent big this summer and still came out even(+-). This is without counting the countless player loan money we get and TV revenue + stadium revenue etc. Don't label a player a flop before he played a full match just because Momo Salah happens to hit the form of his life.
