HAZARD GOAL and we have the Cesc assist, lol
-
OMG! so close Oscar has the right boots on today
-
it was an offside by a 0.001 second. In doubt, let the goal count. That's the rule.

we're on fire I'm loving it

What an assist by Oscar and what a goal by Diego take a bow sons

Yeah I agree but the ban threats in the threads are getting old and some of them quite childish... it seems little power syndrome. Want to warn someone do it in the proper button to make it or through PMs. I agree some issues should be addressed in public but some of the answers some mods give are cringe worth... I've seen mods rightfully asking people not to say the things answered in this particular threat to Nike. Extremely childish, improper and rude. If I tell some member I don't like or who annoys me that I'll open beers to celebrate when he's banned a mod could come and tell me not to say it to avoid creating unnecessary fuzz. Then a mod comes and says it...

Just yesterday I was discussing about WAGs with a few male friends and I said Irina is the personification of a perfectly beautiful woman. Nothing tops that. Anyway, back on topic. One of the main reasons I have my signature is because of the always so misleading chances created stats. The concept to count those passes is that whoever passed a ball before a shot was taken creates a chance. Although the picture I'm going to post doesn't show chances created, but shows assists, we can only appreciate how perfect Cesc has been. From the Premier League article I posted a few pages ago they had a chart that maybe many didn't notice: look how little the players had to carry the ball before shooting in Cesc's assists. Most cases they didn't even need to carry the ball at all (although I know come of those came from set pieces). Many times we see 'assists' and 'chances created' showing counting a pass that was given way far from the position the player shot on goal. But Cesc has been so lethal, that the most a player had to carry the ball was a couple of meters before taking the shot. Also, most of his assists the player who received the ball was in the box. That's marvelous. I'm yet to be convinced he isn't our best and most important player so far. He dictates how we approach the games. When he's having a good match, we completely dominate. When he's quiet or well marked, we struggle. As much as Costa and Hazard had also been instrumental so far, Fábregas decisiveness and directness (not to say how he can dictate the tempo of the matches) has been invaluable.

"In which Mickey Mouse site, in which Mickey Mouse blog?" I just love Mourinho
-
Was he with Brazil in the International break or was he spared to recover from his injury?

Oh, I'm absolutely jealous of dressing like that. You have no idea! I'm definitely going to start showing my arse, boobs, legs and tummy all the time, even in weddings where I'm one of the maid of honors. Yep, absolutely jealous of her style. Don't you know that the kind of man that appreciates a woman dressing like that is the kind of man I want by my side?
-
She looks tacky - from a girl standpoint - but she's pretty... and Cesc seems to be completely in love with her... so that's all that counts.
-
Girly comment coming up wow, Wilian cleans up quite nicely... he looks hot Oscar's still a child though (sorry guys)
-
I'd rather have Daniel for one third of the season than Torres playing 50 matches... no discussion about it imo

Hazard has been using rabonas as a way to cross balls since forever. If you have the technique and you keep improving it, it's only one more tool in your arsenal. It has nothing to do with wanting to make some fancy, plastically beautiful play, just the way he thinks he can execute it better. Witmots should worry about improving his own technique about tactics - since he has none - before criticizing Hazard for a meaningless thing. It was just a cross, it wasn't like a penalty he wasted with a rabona or a 1x1 with the goalie or a cross where he was completely by himself and had a free teammate waiting in the box. It was just a frigging cross that he's done many times before. It wasn't a clear chance for Belgium he wasted. But as usual, Witmots has no idea what he's doing or saying... so no surprise there.

Debate : Building the team around EH10 ? If yes, how ?
Barbara replied to Hkibou's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Like I disagreed with someone else in another thread, I'll disagree with you. The team isn't remotely close built around him imo. For me, having a team built around a player means two things: 1) he has total freedom; 2) his teammates seek him all the time. Eden takes matters into his hands many times, but he still has defensive responsibilities and Mourinho keeps demanding it from him - and when he fails, Mourinho points it out. He doesn't receive the ball enough to have the team around him. When a team is built around a player, his teammates seek him out. It happened with Mata here, it happens with Ronaldo, with Messi, Neymar (for Brazil). He sometimes carries the team and he's the brilliant player in this squad, but I can't for one second say the team is already built around him. I think it will in the future - but José won't do it until he's consistent enough and we have balance enough elsewhere - but I don't see it now. I see him being the player that makes a difference. But then again, so do Costa and Fàbregas. Also I feel Fàbregas right now controls our performances more than Hazard does. It has nothing to do with controlling tempo, but controlling the performances. If he's playing well, we mostly do play well as a team, if he isn't, we don't. And that's when Hazard has come to rescue a few times. I'm in no way implying the team is built around Cesc - it isn't - but our quality definitely has been. More often than not when a team is built around a player, it becomes dependable on that player. So many times when that player doesn't have a good day, the whole team feels it and many times struggles. Of course RM and Barça have many other resources, but you can say that when Ronaldo or Messi have bad days in the office, their performance isn't anywhere close to the norm, unless some other player in the squad really shines. In that sense - collectively - I feel Chelsea are more dependable on Cesc than on Hazard right now. -
Can't agree at all with this for many reasons. First Hazard doesn't have complete freedom. He has defensive duties a player whose team is built around him doesn't (e.g. Mata under Benitez). He doesn't receive the ball enough for a player that has the team built around him. He doesn't impact directly too many matches. He was our star, I don't believe form and result wise he's been our most important player so far, but he's definitely among the three. Those are clear evidences imo the team isn't built for him at all. Maybe in the future, but I don't see it changing any time soon. Definitely not thus season.

Although the focus of their article is on Aguero, there are a lot of stats and Costa is the best in every single of them. Less minutes per goal, best conversion rate, best accuracy, etc... http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/news/news/2014-15/nov/161114-sergio-aguero-in-numbers-on-course-to-break-goals-scored-record.html

I wouldn't mind at all if he didn't fit them anymore (although I feel for him, but well, it serves him well to have chosen those arrogant bitches), but let's not fool ourselves. It's frigging Belarus... *I* would play well against them.

the much more insightful original article by Premier League http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/news/news/2014-15/nov/151114-cesc-fabregas-in-numbers-on-course-to-break-assists-record.html Imo it only proves further the difference a striker can make. Cesc hasn't been creating even close to what he used to during most of his Arsenal games, creating an average of 2,91 chances per game, still he has by far his best goal/chances created ratio now with us. Also turning 28% of the chances he creates into goals is a major accomplishment by him and the teammates netting the ball. And why does it feel that Diego scored most of his 10 goals from Cesc assists when it reality it has been only 4? I do hope he breaks all possible records this season for us (and the others to follow too because I'm greedy ). Let's hope he can keep himself injury free for most of the term. edit: this article is such a gem. Cesc is placed second place among the players that ran the most distance so far this season and being considered slow, his average and highest speed are also not to be ashamed of. He's been amazing covering and running the whole match. It doesn't mean he doesn't make positional mistakes, but his commitment and giving-his-all attitude should be praised.

^^ I don't like his blatant implication that our medical department makes the players fit for the club and unfit for the country. That's a lie. Those players when reported injured by the club, more often than not are reevaluated by their NT medical staff. they're injured, end of it. Oscar, Willian, Ramires, Luís, Cahill, Hazard, Cortouis, to mention a few, are all off to serve their NTs. I can detect BS when I read it, and that's just BS. Spanish interview by Karanka He speaks quite a lot about Mou. http://www.abc.es/realmadrid/noticias/20141116/abci-karanka-entrevista-mourinho-casillas-201411152305.html

Guys, it's simple... the fiscal year ended on 30/06/2013 with a loss of 1.4. On 01/07/2013 starts a new fiscal year, instead of starting at 0.0 it will start at -1.4. The fact that it says ANNUALLY profit or loss just means that that's the balance after one year, saying it's annual has nothing to do with how the year book started on 01/07/2013. Where do you think the cumulative losses go to? Forgiven by banks and society? That companies say 'I have a debt, but the year ended, and that's now in the past, I'll start over with a clean slate'. It makes no sense whatsoever. Just take a look at the incomes we had. Do a rough calculation and see that we've been making much more than spending for a while, but the fact we couldn't break even or have some sort of profit is mainly because of losses from previous years that weren't just forgiven and forgotten. The Deloitte report is much more detailed.
