My daughter had a classmate with the last name Screws. I always felt bad for their little girl because you know she's going to get teased at some point. I have a doctor Cox (pronounced Cocks), guess it would have been funnier if he was a urologist. I think my favorite was a guy I grew up with nicknamed Chip whose last name was Monk. Well in English White, Grey, Black, Green are typical last names. You get Rossi in Italian that means Red. But Violet, Lilac, Rose, etc are first names I did know a family whose four boys were Garnet, Fox, Snow, and Blue! Blue was a friend of mine and I asked him once if he was picked on in school and he said no, because he was the youngest and his older brothers were all rather large boys! I have moved around the US so much, now I work with people from the All over the British Isles, NZ and Australia that my accent has become so muddled that people often cannot place where I am from. I do not mind that one bit! My speech is littered with wording that is definitely non-American. My kids are even worse than me and can mimic the accents better. I have to smile when MacKenzie says, "Mum, I need to have my kit for football. Do you know where my shin guards and boots are? Oh, how about my trackies and trainers for PE?" Instead of: "Momma, where are uniform, my shin pads and cleats for soccer? Oh, I need my sweatpants and tennis shoes for gym!" (Said in her best southern drawl!) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Hey, Tom, have a question for you... Well, everyone else too California has passed a law that "transgender" children can use the bathroom of the sex they identify with to prevent bullying. My questions are: 1. At what age is a child old enough to "know" they are transgender? 2. Do you think it will decrease bullying? 3. Who makes the final call saying the child is transgender (child, parent, doctor)? As a parent I can see this law being a political nightmare and moreover as the mother of a little girl, how do I know that "Johnny" is transgender and not some pervert trying to get into the girl bathroom/locker room. Yes, I do worry about this because I have known guys who just might be that warped. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Gets a lot of credibilty probably because he sounds like a robot. On the other hand he got a lot of shitty abuse about his disability from Israelis because he refused to speak there. Thats true BC -but he was also getting abused, slapped around by his wife, allegedly. Probably becuase she was fed up with the 'know all' ! He definitely is a love him or hate him kind of guy, there seems to be no middle ground. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Isnt misongynistic not being against women? Just confused since Stephen Hawking is, well, a man. Well, he has a very low opinion of women and does not treat them well in his personal/professional relationships from what I have heard/read which is where my comment comes from. Stephen Hawking is incredibly overrated, his theories are outdated and he has been confronted in many seminaries around the world for being wrong. I personally don't like the misongynistic, egotistical know it-all and there are so many other brilliant minds out there that do not get 1/2 the attention he does. I often wonder of he would have faced more criticism if he had not been disabled. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

How was your trip? Did you have time to enjoy your home country before you came back to China? It was a good trip spent most of my time in Michigan with my family but managed at trip with the Celsea in America folks to Vegas, to Memphis to see our doctors, and South Texas to visit good friends. I did see most the people I wanted to see but others just didn't have time. I find it frustrating when I have flown 1/2 way around the planet and people say "oh, I forgot you'd be here!" Or "I would love to see you do you think you could drive over to my house..." Which is an hour or two from where I am.... Gee, coming 1/2 way around the world wasn't doing my share? Had to edit my post as it looked odd after my photo....not sure where the quote went to in the ether! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

The most glaring thing I noticed was his lack of any mention of anything Chelsea, no mention of how long he has been a fan or even if he is new to following the lads, who his favorite players are, etc. Doesn't that strike anyone else as odd? Sometimes, you have to say you are busy and choose me time over big party time. Odds are there were so many people your presence would/was not noticed if it was then ask your friend to lunch as a way to make it up. You can always say you felt that you wanted to do something a little more personal (especially if it is a good friend). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I will take it as a compliment, mate! @blueschick mostly people are wrong about the age thing. Younger when foolin around, older when serious or teaching. Given your degree, age of your kiddos etc. I would put you about 5-10 years younger than me which means my guess would be about 35. I know too many men men my age that have the same sense of humor you do to use that to gauge your age LOL Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
