Think this situation with Pulisic on the RW is something we are gonna have to get used to, I think the idea is that Werner and Chillwell will fill that LW , not sure its because of Mount as such. Certainly would like to see Ziyech for Mount but I think it will be for Pulisic to keep Mounts workrate.

Still stand by what I said about Mount, he puts in a shift but otherwise is inconsistent , partly due to he is often played out of position I get that but thats on him and frank. Don't hate him think he's got big potental but he should not be starting every game there should be other options. Today he's having more of an impact in the game coming centerally but he's often out on the wings and does nothing.

Lampards obsession with being adaptable is all well and good and I do think long term it could give us the edge over teams like City and Liverpool that will play their way... but first you must have a base to work from, we don't have it. He has had a year now to decide Kante or Jorginho, he still hasnt decided.

We had a game vs City in which we came out on top on possesion, it was the first time it happened under Pep and pundits were mentioning it alot, we were certainly moving towards a more domination based approach under frank last year, this year we are going backwards it seems.

I don't remember Jorginho playing much at all since before lockdown, after lockdown he was not even in the squad and everyone said he was going to Juve. Now he is back as our Captain, to me this is poor management from Frank, just an opinion. You can't have a captain that some weeks won't even be in the squad, that's just shocking to me. I feel frank needs to grow a pair and decide between Jorginho and Kante, this has been an obvious problem to us from when Sarri and Jorginho first came the 2 are not going to work in the same team very well. Both of them need a different style of play to be effective, you can't have both of them at the top of their game, 1 of them needs to go but doesn't look like Frank has decided which direction he wants to go.

Sorry but can't agree, you don't bring in a player who wasn't making your bench a few games prior to name him captain just to clog up the midfield. I understand the wanting to go compact, but as I said, he has been doing this since last season and it didn't work, what's so different this year that these 3 can suddenly all play together?

So why is Jorginho our Captain today, 2 weeks ago he was gone? speculation yes but only due to bad squad management in my opinion, Jorginho don't even get in the squad sometimes next he's the main man. I feel we have no identity at the minute, we don't know what we're going to get, I saw good signs early last season of a fast style of play, we have since gone really backwards from that in my opinion and loads of back and forth changes, Joringho is the 1 that sums it up for me really, not the only 1 but he went from being our captain to the bench to not even in the squad now he is our captain again today. The longer Frank has been here the more he can't make his mind up , I know it's really early and hope im wrong but I feel we are going backwards.
