despite franky (in all honesty) our midfield was pretty good, studge on the wing is a waste till now and anelka was awfull, pva did good, bane had a handfull to do, but its leaps and bounds better than the last 2 games... mikel dictated the game pretty well and josh had many good touches and passes... only lamps did let me down sometimes... i still think he has a role to play, but not as a regular... heared pastore is comeing good move... but 30 mio is a bit too much...

could be a perfect Essien replacement, really like him and he is cheap but the Bundesliga isn't the EPL, and sometimes he makes silly challenges... he likes to go forward and is more of an box to box than an DM, he plays Ramys position but also can play Mikels, as I've said, perfect Essien Replacement but a bit risky because of his challenges and the physical strength of the EPL... nontheless one of the few BL-Players I actually would say I like, very determined good stamnia and a good shot plus he never gives up, thats what you want to see on the pitch... could be a very good signing and worth to be called Ess-Replacement...

I really don't like that, too, I just rather (If I'm in london one or two times a year) go to an little pub not noticed by anyone, that has a good atmosphere than into an fully packed one... did stand infront of it 2 or three times but never really wanted to go inthere before matches, I was often at the fox and pheasant enjying my beer before a match with my wife... was a bit more relaxed...

And I absolutly LOVED Makalele, he was an awesome Player but you talk of him as he was a better passer than Mikel what he wasn't plus you just act like Maka was a legendary playmaker who gave assists like jellybeans but in fact: in 5CL Seasons he gave 3 Assists in 5 FA-Cup and CC-Cup Seasons NONE Assists in 5 EPL Seasons ONE Assist and I watched Maka for Chelsea he was sublime and perfekt for his position... but I can't see too much differences between him and Mikel despite, his Passing was worse, but his expirience was far better, whereas I see no reason why Mikels Expirience shouldn't raise...

as I've said often: Mikel + another DM for competition and because of ESS injury Ramy + another Box to box because of ESS injury (NO Box-to-Box and DM ISN'T the same position at all) 1 Creative Midfielder + Lamps + Josh... we needed only a creative midfielder who would've taked lamps spot who is ageing and not the same lamps anymore, we need his fresh legs Mikel: Defensive Cover and Game-Speed dictateing with wonderfull skills Ramy: road runner just carry the ball he receives from an tackle or a mikel pass in to the opponents half Creative CM: just... creates.... thats all... if we want to play with 2 DMs we have no chance but to play with Mikeal and Mellis/Kaby because of Essiens Injury, and NO Ramy isn't a DM at ALL...
