I honestly think Josh has much more potential then Kakuta, he could be our midfield maestro that gives us the creative spark.

Josh to me seems to have that important spark that we need, was excellent in his 30 minute cameo.

I don't know why people are getting upset over this, putting young players is always a big risk, carling cup or not.

He can give good performances, just watch him play against Arsenal and Liverpool while he was playing for the Teesiders. The problem is that he seems to have very low confidence levels.

I think his tackling is not out-right top notch for a CB, he is much better linking the defense with the midfield at CDM.

To be honest I won't be half suprised if they get a draw out of us. West Ham will not want to go 3 games withouth a win and they always up their game when we go to Upton Park, I still hope ofr a win but I can see this as a very tricky game.
