Juventus was 3 times consecutive champion of Italy when Allegri went there. If he liked instability and challenges so much he would stay at Milan. Allegri left an unstable club and joined to the best club of Italy. When Bayern, Real, PSG are looking for a manager I can't say that Chelsea is the best club he can join now. Also he has a contract until 2020 with Juventus. Allegri coming to Chelsea is a nice fantasy, just like Guardiola was 2 years ago.

I think in summer we should bring in Jardim, Fabinho and that scout who supposedly found Mbappe and other talent they have in Monaco. This is why I picked "other" in the poll. I don't think we can lure Sarri, Allegri or Tuchel.

We are getting the worst of our managers. When Mourinho was sacked I wrote that he will never have a season like that again. I doubt Conte will one like this. Will we have a competent football director finally? Who will be our next chief scout? These are the questions that I am wondering more than who our next manager will be.

Lampard could be very beneficial for us in the future, I don't want him to start his career horribly with the donkeys we have right now. I also dont rate Enriqure like many fans here but I would not be surprised if he is higher in Roman's list just because he won several trophies, Tuchel and Sarri for example have not.
