Emenalo wasn't a top level footballer. He may be good scout but I think it makes a difference when someone like Cech or Lampard calls a young footballer.

The difference is we have Petr Cech this year which makes Marina's job easier. He talks to players to convince them coming to Chelsea. Top players know what top players want to hear, what their concerns and ambitions are. We should have appointed someone like him years ago.

Jorginho looks like he has been on a deserted island.

What else he could do, not return from injury and end his career. There are bigger signs for his lack of self discipline.

Cho seems like he is just another talented sportsman without self-discipline. His talent might be good enough for top level, his character is definitely not.
