Reading some of the DM 'news' articles and they build Jose to be the worse thing ever and has sublime power. If Jose had even just a single speck of control, i am sure that the players he wanted would be done here right now. But no they aren't. Chelsea are a corporate business along side a football club, hence the lack of urgency unless a player leaves, and maybe why Eva's demotion. As it was said, both Eva and Jose had made mistakes in an unfortunate timing of the season. No doubt frustrations from the result got to Jose, as we know he can be hot-headed/honest after the game - sometimes too much - and it normally causes situations, he was wrong to say what he did, but one incident didn't cause the defeat and someone like Jose wouldn't blame it on a few minutes of a 90 minute game. Unfortunately the situation has been sprung to a point where it is seemingly like a ship tearing into to, a 'us' versus 'them', which just so happen to be in the first proper game of the season. Media vultures were circling so maybe it was a PR decision to try and defuse public tensions, which was then added. The truth is jaded and hidden away from the public, so people can only spectacle on the truths, but sadly the only sources are a slimy spinsters who are known to disregard common courtesy to bait people with bullshit.

To say this deal has been 'close' for a week, haven't really heard anything new about the deal except that the fee has continually been upped. Dunno why but even when we actually try to sign players, we leave to be drawn out long and constantly with twists and turns. Feel like the negotiators are writers for EastEnders sometimes. Wonder whose going to be the father to Jose's baby!

Made a mistake that came out due to poor defending. Though i don't think that Gomis would have been able to score from the angle that the ball was going and Cahill back-tracking -- it's something that happens. He is only 23 years old, and despite the amount experience he has gained allready as well as the vital natural talent he has, it is these situations that he learns from that will improve more. Hell, he has what possibly 15 years left in him still? Definitely going to be a goalkeeper that will be heralded for his terrific saves rather then the odd ocassional mistakes.

If we are signing players, sign them in quick succession so we can bleed them through the team asap. Spent far too long being the cautious and rather tepid approach to signing players. We need a left back? Sign one. Need a winger - sign one. With the amount from the TV revenue, competition success, and the new kit money, should easily have enough to sign players that we help the team suffice, even for the season.
