Milner is a good player but i would only pay 15 million for him max. He works hard and he is good technically too, but you only spend 25-30 million on a special talent. We signed essien for 26 million but that was when he was the brightest midfielder in Europe tearing the champions league apart. Maybe we can offer player plus cash, someone like j.cole and 5 million, i do think he would up grade our midfield though.

The thought of kakuta playing in the centre of the park annoys me. I want him to have a free role so he can just float around and pick the ball up and play through balls and dribble with it. I would like 3 solid midfield players with 2 flair players next to drogba/anelka. My opinion is stoch is a better winger than kalou, even kakuta is better when his real best position is behind the forwards !

He is a good player but man city have gone over the top with the bid they have placed. For 20 million i would want a player just under world class standard like david silva. Man city have this endless pocket of money which is even beyond what we had when roman arrived.

The reason is stoch is a pure winger with electric pace, these type of players are bloody deadly in the last 20 mins of games when defenders are tired, he is also a great crosser. Kakuta and bruma are pure footballers they both have brilliant control, they both are very advanced footballers they both have good vision. I think we have the left wing covered so kakuta has 2 different places to play, in the middle were i think will not utilize his ability to run past players, but his vision would create chances. Or he could play in the right wing were he can take players on and shoot from distance.
