mourinho is the highest paid manager in the world. he is under the spotlight, and will be analysed by every angle. and when his behaviour is controversial, not everyone will be impressed. he dosen't need to rise to every criticism. just showing his paranoia and insecurity i read both of them, hardly massive digs at all. just concerned comments, that the squad does not respond to the negativity , and that jose handled the carneiro situation badly. neither of which is difficult to agree with. .

what i was trying to say, was, the only youngsters who get game time, are the ones invested in. (zouma, kenedy) academy players get nothing. except on academy day. they might get 30 seconds vs a league 1 side.

this is anything but true with chelsea. kenedy is a multi million pound signing, he should be getting game time, on that count alone

the problem, is he has great shooting ability, and is going to be wasted in defence. i'd rather see him at lb, than the bench, but he looks better suited to our wing than pedro.
