I think its about time Zouma got his chance to get back into the starting eleven now. He was imo our best cb before his injury, just hope it hasn't affected his way of playing and that he can adjust to Contes system in a good way.

Not saying he'll be a starter or anything like that. Musonda could be kept simply as a back up for Eden,Pedro and Willian since we are very thin in that position after Oscar left. I'm not even that big of a fan of Musonda (he is quite overrated here in general I feel) but he did quite well last season at Betis. But if we could find an attacking player that would be an improvement over willy and Pedro I'd be all for it, but that quality is difficult to find for reasonable money in January.

I think we really should sign an attacking player IF we dont keep Musonda around. One injury to Pedro, Hazard or Willian and we have no real backup/sub for that position at all. That said I rather we keep Musonda than spend money on some average backup player just for the sake of it. Would prefer someone who can improve our XI.

City players walking out with #8 Gundogan shirts on...Sure, its sad he's had a serious injury and so on but come on... so cringeworthy.

What's the deal with only one game being broadcasted live tonight? Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that restriction was only for satudays since it encouraged people to go watch lower league games or something to that effect? These restrictions are even stranger when you look how global the premier league is and how this issue in the UK is affecting a majority of the viewers and broadcasters abroad. This is really frustrating since here in Sweden Man United is prioritized almost all the time (even though they're shit atm) due to Zlatan, which means tonight they'll be showing their game vs Palance instead ... I had assumed all the games were to be shown live tonight but I guess i'll have to watch some crappy stream... /rant

Mahrez or someone similair would be great for the RW spot. Otherwise I can see us going for a CM since we'll probably only have Chalobah as backup if Fabregas/Oscar leaves in january. I think we've got good enough CB's especially with Zouma coming back soon and Christensen in the summer, might need some backup for the LWB spot though, bringing Kenedy or Ake back from loan could be a temporary solution.

Sure, Willian hasn't been at the form of last season and hasn't really played much at all since his mother passed, but I can't believe people saying he is trash? This system fits Pedro ( who has been superb) much better, Im sure Willie is probably injured or something, he would surely be ahead of Oscar and Co.
