I managed to watch the game back earlier against my better wishes, and I know as a team we were poor but fuck me some of the stuff this lad did during the game was fucking madness. He was trying to allow the ball to go across his body in an attempt to run onto it twice, and twice he ran into players reading what he was doing. His passing was awful and his effort was shocking. Like Schurrle, I can see why Jose must be sick as fuck with these two.....massively frustrating to watch.

The lads not daft, he knows it would take some sort of miracle for Chelsea to give him a chance, and by miracle I mean him to score a stupid amount of goals and even then it won't happen. Andre has had numerous opportunities in the past to live up to his billing, and I'm sorry but he just hasn't done it. I like Andre as a player but how long do you continue with a player who is 1. Not producing when called upon, and 2. Can't even produce the goods against a very poor Shrewsbury side? Not to mention some other really drab performances. It's no coincidence that it looks like Jose thinks the same too, he just hasn't been good enough.

Players like him shouldn't struggle against teams like Shrewsbury......But he did, and a other games too.

Watch Willian and then watch this lad. Willian will slow counter attacks down 70 percent of the time, this lad is much more direct and gets at people a hell of a lot more. I can see a difference just watching him in two games
