That first half was awful and Maresca dropped a serious fatty selecting Gusto ahead of Reece. He spoke at FT about how he was protecting Reece but in a game of that nature and what was on the line you do not select Gusto ahead of Recce, in no world. Maresca has to get smarter at his choices next season and not just for James but selections, in game choices and player positions, no more Caicedo at RB and so on. The second half we decided to pull up our big boy pants and take the game to them, and a few times over the last few weeks we look a million times better when we got at teams as opposed to being passive and negative.
