I completely agree. We need to become better to compete with the likes of Bayern, Barca and Real - assuming that is one of our club's goals.. Even to keep the title - we're gonna need players of the highest quality.

See that's what we used to think like around 2 years back. But what we found out was - so many of these so called "gems" end up on a loan wherever, playing like shit. We already have a top team and what we need is TOP players, not young players who might or might not become the German \ whatever Messi.

We have to add additional goal threat next season IMO. We are too dependant on Hazard and Costa for threatening goal, we need someone like Bale \ Reus (and please not another Salah\Cuadrado buy like this Douglas Costa boy would be).
