  1. OK if we hate Spurs so much, who's next on the list, is it Man U, then Aresenal? Is there a top 10?
  2. Glad you had a good day and it was a good day wasn't it, the sun was shining, and Chelsea won!!
  3. Welcome to TalkChelsea. Your best place to start for info on tickets is to look at the official website, Chelseafc.com. There's a section on up and coming fixtures which gives you details on when you can buy tickets. You'll need to almost certainly have to register as a member, it's only £25. As to where to sit, I'm still learning, i'm sure some of the other guys can advise. I think Matthew Harding or Shed End would be good if you want the atmosphere with the singing. I've been advised as a new member to sit in the West Stand to get a feel for the ground, which is OK if you just want to sit and watch the match and sing the occasional song.
  4. What's our past history like with these teams, I'm assuming we must have played them at some point?
  5. OK, so do I get the impression that we hate QPR more than Rottenham Dropsurs?
  6. Should be an interesting match on the 20th September. I've got a ticket in the Matthew Harding Lower and am looking forward to chanting with you all for our hatetred of Spurs. It's funny on the way to the FA Community Shield, I spoke to a Spurs Fan and he was nice as pie.
  7. I must say I think you're right, there seemed to be quite a few nearly goals that should have gone in. All credit to the team however and Petr Cech for stopping Burnley scoring.
  8. OK, yeah I guess it would have shown us what he can do, but hey we won and that's what counts.
  9. Just returned from the match, and wow what a stunner. It was incredible. We fully deserve our win and outplayed Burnley I feel. Would have been nice for some more goals, but hey 3-0 is superb. I had a guy next door to me and all he could do was to moan about this and moan about that, didn't join on any of the chants. It so irritates me. Why bother coming to the match if all you're going to do is moan? One thing he did say other than moaning was why wasn't Daniel Sturridge bought on towards the end of the match? I'm not sure it would have made much of a difference as by that time we had the match in the bag.
  10. Do any of you belong to the Chelsea Supporters Registry or the Chelsea Supporters Group? Are they any good and would you recommend that I join them? I did email the Chairwoman of the CSR, but never got a reply back. I'm trying to find a local(ish) group that I can join where I can meet up with fellow fans. Would still like to meet up with some of you guys at a future match, even it's just to enjoy a pint and to say hello before or after the match.
  11. I think it's just the luck of the draw and which players are available.
  12. Just reading up about how we lost to Burnley last year on Penalties at the Carling Cup and seeing who they've beaten recently, I think it's going to be a tough call, but I know we can do it.
  13. Thanks Kez, I've just got to be patient, and i'm sure my time will come.
  14. Thanks, i'm sure there will be, just need to keep a regular eye on the official website. Glad you had a good time. Happy spending
  15. I've just done that, and noticed it was on there about yesterday, too late though. Also noticed yesterday that they had 150 extra tickets for Stoke, missed out on that too as I couldn't log in to get tickets as my bloody password wouldn't work.
  16. Cheers guys, yes it was good thanks.
  17. It's not any of the new kits, but my family bought me for my birthday which was yesterday tne CFC Duvet and pillow set. I'm well chuffed!
  18. Oh no, I don't believe this, another opportunity i've missed. How often do they do something like this?
  19. Absolutely gutted. It just shows that things comes to those who wait. Did you get all of their autographs and have photos taken with them?
  20. Welcome to Talk Chelsea, stick around and post well.
  21. Thanks guys as always. My aim is to try and get to all matches both 'home' and if they're not too far away 'away games' at the weekends. I know, I know, I said I need to slow down, but I don't actually want to slow down. So looking forward to being able to attend matches and be able to stand, chant, and enjoy the match. Becoming a member has been the best decision I have ever made. :blue scalf:
  22. I'd prefer to buy any shirts from the megastore and then I know i'm getting the real deal
  23. An idea, why don't you start a petition, i'm sure you'd get lots of signatures.
