Verratti is exactly the kind of player we are missing in our midfield. Him next to Matic would be orgasmic stuff imo. Oscar would do a good job in a 433 as one of the central mid fielders I think

I genuinely think we should consider moving him to central midfield. play the role Verratti was playing, his more of a midfielder than a a number 10. Think we would get the best out of him deeper. As for Cesc in the long term his gonna be a problem we will need to deal with because imo he is possesion less unless we adopt a Bayern Munich type of formation which I highly doubt we will.

I love this guy to bits, but could do with a rest now and again, would also help if he had a decent midfield partner too

I hope we can upgrade on him and let him go because its clear his not good enough to warranty a continued starting place. Guys like Damian Duff were less talented but had the heart and desire which seems like guys like Willian dont have. Lets be honest, the only way this team will learn to play as a team is if it was deprived of Hazard for a couple of weeks becoz Hazard seems to be carrying 9 other outfielders at the moment. Its one thing going to to your go to guy as as plan A but its another not even having a plan B to help supplement plan A

Credit were its due, PSG have been the better team over the 2 legs, Chelsea as a team has been sleep walking for 3 months now, and this result has been coming for months. What I just hope and pray is that we learn from our mistakes as a team. Even if we win the league I feel the team needs a clear out as well as adding quality depth for next year's champ league run. Lets hope the manager also learns from this and we come back a stronger team just like we did in the EPL

I feel in the long term we probably need another manager, Jose is a short term solution, who might bring trophies in the short run, but in the long run will not improve the team. His regressed as a coach and seems to be afraid to lose rather than to win, something which has cost him dearly in the last 5 years. Look at all his knockouts they all have familiar pattens, go away and try not to lose then try to defend at home, he needs to find the right balance between playing for a win and being responsble, at the moment his just being irresponsible with the way his arrogantly setting up a team

I really really hope that was the last time we see him this season. Been a great servant for Chelsea, but ai think this is the season we should part ways with him

I just think we have been too one dimensional all season in big games and we have been found out, and it seems Mourinho does not acknowledge that fact yet which is frustrating

This season, have we won a game that we absolutely needed to win? Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, PSG to name a few games we have failed to win because Mourinho has been one dimensional.No need to show your frustration towards me, we lost because we were not good enough simple as that, im not trying to pick a fight with anyone here

I accept friendly banter, we all do, im happy we won, but @Chelsea Legend's responses are over the top, saying he doesnt like me for having a differnt opinion to others, just felt it was un called for the nature of his aggressive responses. At the end we are all happy Chelsea won

I dont like Mourinho's brand of football but fair enough to him its showing results as witnessed by last night's win. But dont be naive and think that nothing could have gone wrong with his call last night, Spurs were clearly the better side in the 1st half and were unlucky to go down just before half time.
