  5. LeeRomeno from FCBes.com has answered some questions on tonight's crucial Champions League Semi Final First Leg with FC Barcelona! -Firstly we will start off with an easy question, How long have you supported Barcelona for and for what reason? Since 1992, CL final that year was the first one I ever saw and have been supporting Barca ever since. -What was your reaction to your quarter-final and semi-final draw? Wasn’t really that much reaction, unlike mat, i was glad we didnt meet with Real on the way to finals, there have been too many el classicos lately. I hated getting Milan though in quarters. As for Chelsea all 3 other teams in semis this year are top-quality teams and its hard to favour one for another. -Barcelona are currently sitting 4 points off the pace of Real Madrid, with the remaining fixtures do you thing you can sneak the title out of Madrid’s grasp and continue your domination of the La Liga? Well honestly, I think Bilbao game and El Classico are only 2 real chances they will drop points, we will see what happens. I think ever since that 10 point gap, CL has been priority for team and many supporters. La Liga would be unexpected bonus win. -In the last round you knocked out AC Milan, tell us about the game? Well in a truly fashioned Barca way, we managed to waste a lot of chances in both games. First leg we were a bit lucky they couldn’t produce a goal (Robinho and Ibra had clear chances), second leg we dominated and gave them no chance whatsoever. -Chelsea v Barcelona has become quite a rivalry in the Champions League, are Chelsea considered one of your biggest rivals now days? Apart from scum, yes, Chelsea and also ManU (due to CL finals and most of our matches being Spanish champion vs. England champion). Although recently, Arsenal and Milan have popped up as opposition quite often as well, no other games have been as dramatic as Chelsea ones though. -There was a lot of controversy surrounding our previous encounter at Stamford Bridge, do you agree that it was harsh on Chelsea to be eliminated or do you think the result was well deserved? Nope, refs were horrible in both legs, no one could have said how the outcome would have been if all decisions would have been correct. Pique handball was of course clear penalty, then again Abidal getting red was just ridiculous, also Henry was really pulled down in first leg and should have been awarded penalty. IN any case the refs were bad, but Chelsea should have just finished the game off instead of parking the bus vs. 10 men. -Looking at your current squad, which player has been a stand out this season? If you had to choose one player that you think would make an impact at Chelsea who would it be and why? Messi, don’t even have to comment on this I guess. -If you could pick one Chelsea player to join Barcelona who would it be and why? David Luiz, think his mentality and youth could make him ideal replacement of Puyol at some point, not to mention his hair is awesome. -And finally, what is your prediction for the first leg of our Champions League Semi Final at Stamford Bridge? 1 - 2 Barca wins.
  6. MatFCB from FCBes.com has kindly answered some questions on tonight's Champions League encounter with FC Barcelona! -Firstly we will start off with an easy question, How long have you supported Barcelona for and for what reason? Since 1998, after World Cup in France when I enjoyed Netherlands play, I started to watch Barca games because there were many Dutch players back then in the squad. Dutch power FTW -What was your reaction to your quarter-final and semi-final draw? Not happy, because I wanted RM over two legs in UCL, not in potential Champions League Final. Losing to RM in Final would be the worst experience ever. Also I wanted to avoid Milan, so I wasn't happy at all with that draw. -Barcelona are currently sitting 4 points off the pace of Real Madrid, with the remaining fixtures do you thing you can sneak the title out of Madrid’s grasp and continue your domination of the La Liga? No, I don't think so. We will probably beat them in El Clásico, but they will hold on with that 1 remaining point to win a La Liga. -In the last round you knocked out AC Milan, tell us about the game? We played good game against AC Milan, but due to our bad finishing scoreline was only 3-1. Milan disappoint me in first leg, not looking to score at their own stadium was fail IMO. To beat Barca over two legs you have to win home leg and then defend at Camp Nou. Semis in 2009-10 vs Inter are example for other teams what to do vs Barca. -Chelsea v Barcelona has become quite a rivalry in the Champions League, are Chelsea considered one of your biggest rivals now days? Yup, this is longtime rivalry. It started with QF in 99-2000 when we came back after losing 1-3 in first leg to beat Chelsea 5-1 at Camp Nou. Remontada worked that time then in Mourinho years we played each other many times. There is of course Iniesta goal and that SB game. Chelsea - Barcelona is a classic in UEFA Champions League. -There was a lot of controversy surrounding our previous encounter at Stamford Bridge, do you agree that it was harsh on Chelsea to be eliminated or do you think the result was well deserved? Harsh, but Chelsea failed to beat us when they have a chance. After Abidal's red card for Anelka dive you have 11 players vs our 10 and parked a bus. Instead diving all over place like Drogba and parking the bus you should have went for a kill and scored a 2nd goal. You didn't do it and Iniesta punished Chelsea. As for all this penalty talk. Pique's handball was the only stonewall pen, Drogba dived a many times, and no way one of his dives were a penalty. In first leg Ballack should have been red carded for second yellow (after foul on Iniesta) and we should have pen for Bosingwa foul on Henry. Refs made many mistakes in both legs, but they weren't the reason you go out. Lack of courage and poor finishing in the second leg were. -Looking at your current squad, which player has been a stand out this season? If you had to choose one player that you think would make an impact at Chelsea who would it be and why? Messi, of course. Without him we wouldn't be in UCL semis, Copa Final and 2nd place in La Liga with 4 points behind RM. We lack goalscorers, we dominated games, but consistently fail to finish our chances. Messi is our only consistent goalscorer. As for a player who would make an impact in Chelsea team? There are many players who would improve your team, except for the obvious one (Messi), I think Iniesta will elevate your team to next level. -If you could pick one Chelsea player to join Barcelona who would it be and why? Mata, because he is very good player, good dribbler with a goalscoring ability, he can definitely play in this Barca side, he would fight for a place in Best XI. My second pick would be David Luiz, because we lacks another good CB and I think Luiz will become one of the best CBs in the world in upcoming years. -And finally, what is your prediction for the first leg of our Champions League Semi Final at Stamford Bridge? Draw, 1-1, Barcelona to score first and dominate a game, but as usual poor finishing will cost us and Chelsea will equalize in second half.
  7. Deco 20 from BarcaForum.com has answered some questions on tonight's Champions League Semi Final first leg with Barcelona. -Firstly we will start off with an easy question, How long have you supported Barcelona for and for what reason? Visited Barcelona about 10 years ago (not sure on the year), but didn't really know much about the team by then. Started watching some games in 2004 I think it was. Loved the shirts and players such as Deco (see username...) and Ronaldinho. + I had played some Fifa 2003 before... But not sure if that made any difference, might have but I was just a kid. -What was your reaction to your quarter-final and semi-final draw? Didn't like either, but happy not to face Madrid. A possible clásico final would be hellish, however. -Barcelona are currently sitting 4 points off the pace of Real Madrid, with the remaining fixtures do you thing you can sneak the title out of Madrid’s grasp and continue your domination of the La Liga? It's possible, but I don't think it's going to happen. The clásico will be crucial, but we've got as difficult a schedule as them and it'd only be 4 games left. -In the last round you knocked out AC Milan, tell us about the game? Milan defended really well and had some dangerous counters. We were too reliant on Messi, as usual. As usual, we found it difficult against well organized, physical teams who focus on their defending. Expecting Chelsea game to be similar. (We had 2 stone wall penalties turned down 1st leg, got one cheaply in the second). -Chelsea v Barcelona has become quite a rivalry in the Champions League, are Chelsea considered one of your biggest rivals now days? Not really. It's all about RM. Then there's Espanyol, and in Europe it doesn't really matter. There's some dislike towards Chelsea, however. With all the complaining and all. Still, one of the most memorable goals Ronaldinho scored, he scored at Stamford Bridge. -There was a lot of controversy surrounding our previous encounter at Stamford Bridge, do you agree that it was harsh on Chelsea to be eliminated or do you think the result was well deserved? I think the refs gave you somewhat of an advantage tbf. -Looking at your current squad, which player has been a stand out this season? If you had to choose one player that you think would make an impact at Chelsea who would it be and why? Lionel Messi. Comment not really necessary. But he's our only real danger man. Except for him? Probably Busquets, Xavi or Iniesta. And Dani Alves, because the midfield trio would force you to change the way you play. -If you could pick one Chelsea player to join Barcelona who would it be and why? Oriol Romeu, as he has Barca DNA (on a more serious note: probably Luiz because we're short of options in defense or Mata because he's a quality player who'd fit the way we play. We're, however, stocked in that position, and that's why I'd prefer Luiz) -And finally, what is your prediction for the first leg of our Champions League Semi Final at Stamford Bridge? I'm hoping for a 2-1 victory for us, but my guess is on a low-scoring draw. 1-1?
  8. Yeah the site i got invited too is a Russian site.
  9. Most likely mate, if you are you referring to sportsgfx? They have turned to shit, i got a premium account with them also.
  10. I just brought an account so I can get High resolution photos for all of you lot as it seems it is still wanted a fair bit. I cannot promise I will be doing a large amount of photos for every game but I will do as much as i can because the download of each picture and upload is a pretty long process. It is not as simple as Open and save. I will do my best to get some photos up from each game but I am not promising. What i will start doing is making a thread for each game with a similar header as the download sections, for example [Pictures] Tottenham v Chelsea - FA Cup Semi-Final I may only do 5-10 photos from each game but it is better then nothing I say. Don't say I don't do anything for you lot P.S - Don't ask me for links because i can not give it, as I was invited to this site from another website.
  11. It was a total disgrace and should not of happened. Drunk twats with no respect, I was sitting at home watching the game and made sure my family didn't say a word for the respect of these people. I was furious when i heard these disrespectful twats. No one can say it was Chelsea fans alone or what not but hopefully they take the harshest possible actions against these so called supporters.
  12. Suspended you're pissing me off. Go join another forum you tool! Sorry about this Justin.
  13. Welcome to the both of you! Stick around!
  14. Chelsea is my number 1 always. Only idiots know Juve for "cheating" and not for there amazing football and players they have produced.
  15. I have seen his videos but i don't really understand what makes him a god. He didn't really do anything to change the world and he seemed very selfish. No disrespect, may he RIP.
  16. Do you know him? If so please explain to me how he is a god?
  17. In fact you are correct but me and Alex do enough here to claim this as our own. We fucking pay bills we do everything while twats like you come on here and try and own the place with the knowledge of a peanut.
  18. Mate this is my forum seriously GTFO. You don't know how to discuss anything with out pictures.
