agree with most of your points . Also failed to recognise a squad needs to be constantly refreshed . We had 3 years without bringing in anyone new, Perhaps it was felt players would step up from the academy but that just didn't happen . The continuing failure of that department brings into question the standard of coaching they receive there. Now it isn't so much a transition but a radical rebuild that is needed

what I expect is EVERY game EVERY player to give 100%,,, then win lose or draw I won't complain. In the last three games I havent seen this. we have been out fought by inferior teams ,,,I blame the players for this ...
