I disagree about your first point but the rest of your post is exactly correct. Danny is far from the finished article and a distance off being ready to be the main striker with the responsibility which comes with that status. The major problem as I see it is the lack of attacking options available. Our bench is looking increasingly threadbare. No longer would a look at our bench worry opposing managers and players. our defence is good enough with satisfactory cover( yes I know we need a RB)..It is in midfield and attack where we lack strength in depth particularly in comparison with City.
