  1. Think this will be my last season playing the game, it's just me and Metsaj putting any effort into it, only 4 members have logged on this week.. 4!, which basically means the whole season comes down to 2 games that decide the title. This is such an active forum, so it's amazing how we can't get enough people involved in a manager game, baffling.
  2. That result will paper over the cracks at Real..
  3. Before the Swansea game, Willian posted a picture of himself next to the Swansea logo with the date. He played zero minutes.
  4. I've got the post to end all posts here, (from another forum, submitted by a Newcastle fan), how we compare with City and how it correlates with English players: This is in response to a Man-City fan complaining about a 'supposed' media agenda against City...
  5. Nice article on Ozil being the loser in Wengers new system.. http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/irked-ozil-loser-wengers-new-system-and-its-unlikely-change-anytime-soon £42.4m well spent
  6. Mike Dean?.. Wow, they really don't like Chelsea do they.. clearly not happy with how well we've started the season.
  7. . If Eden Hazard signs a new 5-year deal at £220k pw (£200k + bonus), his annual FFP hit actually decreases from £16m to £15.3m. . Hazard's £32m fee is currently amortised at £6.4m py on FFP books. New 5-year deal would re-amortise the remaining £19.2m to just £3.84m py. - Jake Cohen
  8. Well of course it matters, you don't pay 300k if you don't have to, Rooney's deal is not a barometer.
  9. This new deal would make him the highest paid Chelsea player of all-time.
  10. I know you're only joking but Ancelotti has always had his eye on the Roma job. "I'd love to manage Roma" http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1219447/Chelsea-boss-Carlo-Ancelotti-admits-Id-love-manage-Roma.html
  11. We've been with Samsung for almost a decade, I'm so used to it that it's almost as if it's not even there, this is like Inter losing Pirelli. Unlike Samsung, this sponsor will be two words and will take up more space on the shirt, not guaranteed they won't use their shitty bird logo or the colour red either.
  12. Oscar was visibly frustrated, and Hazard could have had a much deserved goal.. he got into the space expecting the pass, not cheerleading Remy.
  13. Never change Jose, never change...
  14. Has any Chelsea player ever had a better start to their career than this?, unbelievable..
  15. He could have had two assists today, one for Hazard and one for Oscar, very selfish.. It's his first game, and it was becoming an exhibition.. so I can understand why, but still.
  16. Great result if Arsenal can hold on here, every point City drops will be important for us, even at this early stage
  17. It doesn't stem from his 'ability' it stems from the 'principle' of it, he's not Salomon Kalou he's Frank-Fucking Lampard.. Chelsea personified.. and he's playing for our title rivals. It was thought that Lampard had an affinity with the club, like JT.. but in actual fact he doesn't; actions speaks louder than words.
  18. If we delve deeper into it yes, I was thinking more from a tourism/economic point of view.
  19. Lmao, interesting question.. London is in between a Rolls Royce and an Aston Martin, England 'overall' however is a Ford Mondeo, Liverpool is a wheel barrow.
  20. Hit the nail on the head, Fly Emirates is a more 'premium' brand. Aesthetically I've always loved the way Pirelli looks on Inter Milan's shirts, it's the perfect fit.
  21. Styles caught feelings, must be a turk. Actually, there are Newcastle fans who refuse to buy the Wonka shirts, due to how tacky it looks and the ethics of the business itself, loan sharks etc. The fact Chelsea fans on here and everywhere have actually praised a corporation like Samsung for how they 'look' on the shirt, says it all really. If it wasn't something that goes through your mind, those posts wouldn't exist.
  22. "The Clubs survival"?, Pssh.. oh please, this is Chelsea not Wimbledon, get a grip.
  23. The aesthetics of a shirt that costs £50 is important to some fans, so yes.. it's a valid discussion. Never understood that part of peoples psyche on forums when they see a discussion, and they feel they have to declare in an obnoxious way that they "Don't Care", just don't post then.
