  1. United winning it 'this' season may have prevented City going on to dominate. That's the point!.. United won't be dominating fuck all post-2012, especially with Fergie's era coming to an end.
  2. Lmao, very unrealistic targets, they've already stamped their domination on this era. It's unlikely we will overtake United's trophy records with Man-City in the picture. Remember.. City bypassed the FFP with their criminal deal with Etihad.
  3. Prefer? It's not a case of 'prefer', it's what outcome effects Chelsea FC negatively in the long term. City have already bypassed the FFP, they are ready to dominate for a few decades now.
  4. United winning the league makes no difference (one more for the pile), unlike with City. United win, and it's like the season never happened.
  5. I think the Chelsea fans who wanted City to win the title this season, ‘subconsciously’ want the sheikhs to overtake Romans success at Chelsea. Because they know City have a squad capable of winning it for a few years back to back now. Maybe it stems from an underlying indifference of our success under Roman, and that they want the Sheikhs to blow us out of the water.
  6. Chelsea fans shouldn't feel that way about United, they are not Spurs or QPR. City winning the league has MANY long term negative impacts on Chelsea FC directly, United winning it this year would have changed nothing.
  7. Really don't want the sheikhs to overtake Roman's success at Chelsea over the next few seasons, I know a lot of members on here want that though. United lift the title, and nothing changes.. almost like the season never happened. City winning it however..
  8. That's quite a 'far off' comment from Cech, does he know something we don't?. Drogba's 34 and unlikely to remain at the club next season, to say "I'm sure 'one day' it will happen" is a rather odd way of articulating.
  9. I wasn't agreeing with him, just another example of how deluded the media is over here, and how much of a cunt Robbie Savage is. He actually used the TV figures argument to strengthen his point, lmao.. I shit you not.
  10. Earlier today in an interview for the BBC, Robbie Savage said it was bigger than the Champions League final.
  11. http://www.firstrowsports.eu/ In the words of KieranVogel.. Why do people not bookmark this.
  12. That doesn't really detract from my argument though, but fine. Both players have still lost two major finals in one season.. It must have a psychology effect going into a game like this.
  13. "Marijuana grows naturally on the planet, serves a thousand different functions, all of them positive. To make marijuana against the law is like saying God made a mistake. I believe that God left certain drugs growing naturally upon our planet to help speed up and facilitate our evolution." - Bill Hicks
  14. Too many long term negative impacts to City winning the league, in which I've already stated a million and one times before. The only logical argument as to why someone didn't want United to win, was so City wouldn't go after Mourinho, but now he's confirmed he won't be leaving Madrid.
  15. Lmao, that's not even the half of it. Have you seen the movie trailer they made for this kit with Neil Warnock?
  16. It's not worth the risk of getting banned from the game, if you're going to do that, do it on another IP address or via proxy server.
  17. Robben is the new Ballack.. Both Robben & Ballack finished runners up in the Champions league & the World Cup in one season, both as Bayern players.
  18. It will be appealed, tourists won't be banned until 2013/15. The rest of Holland and 'Amsterdam' are two different things anyway, Amsterdam stands alone when it comes to policy, the council won't implement it. Also, the government has fallen, new elections may be just around the corner. http://news.yahoo.co...-142333930.html
  19. The cons of a Champions League far outweigh the pros. Besides, the league format should be a constant.
  20. In 1975 Barcelona were not hailed as TheGreatestTeamEver™, eliminating them in 2012 to reach a final is a bigger deal. Different club cultures too, Leeds being a nothern club with nobody (including subs, reserves, coaches) from outside the United Kingdom. Chelsea is the most multicultural squad/organisation in the Premier League. Brian Clough's experience at Leeds was far more hostile too, if you compare the intricacies.
  21. Agreed, although having said that, he was gliding past them after the Barton challenge.
  22. Torres was re-born at camp nou.
