Costa is probably TOP5 strikers in the world right now and Batshuayi will get plenty chance with 5 yellow cards just behind the corner. I would love our squad to have such depth on every position. Just look at Real Madrid, they can afford to bench James and Isco just because there are better players in starting eleven. Just spend wisely in next transfer windows and sell deadwood

The concept of playing 352 is 3 men midfield of 2 box to box/ball winning midfielders and 1 deep lying playmaker. Pirlo has played this role in Juve, so I wouldn't say that it would destroy Fabregas I think this role is more suited for him than nr.10 position in direct type of football ... Cazorla is also playing very deep with ball winning midfielder alongside

Michy will get his chance very soon as Costa is on 4YC. But I think Conte doesn't want to drop Willian so his is more keen to play 343

Nice to see proper wingbacks in our team driving forward Matić - Kante midfield is too defensive in my opinion, we could really use some creative force down the middle, even if it is 3 or 2 men midfield we need someone creative alongside Kante who was driving forward a lot today but he just can't do everything. Looking at training pictures and with bib theory in mind I see that Cahill is going nowhere. Starting alongside Luiz but seems like Ivanović will be benched :/ Matić is also in starting lineup .. Let's hope I am wrong

Everyone is talking about squad overhaul but we don't need to buy 10 new players. First and biggest step would be to sell some "deadwood" - Ivanović, Cahill, Mikel, Oscar, Matić, Pedro, Cuadrado, Remy, Atsu, ... Than buy some world class players. Spend 100M on one player, I don't care ... just don't buy 10 players for 20M that are not worth sh*t! And most important note of the day: GIVE OUR YOUTH PLAYERS AND LOANEES A CHANCE TO PROVE THEMSELVES! We don't need to put all of them in first eleven but they can be a very good squad players for a start. Some of them might even start right away Trust Conte and let him introduce his ideas about tactic and formation. Then we can identify our targets and what we actually lack in our team. Central midfield, central defence and left back is probably our biggest weakness right now but we need to see if Conte wants to play 352, 343, 433 or something else. I hope our youth academy and loan army will finally break into the first team Tammy Abraham is currently the best scorer in Championship. He doesn't need another loan (probably bad loan with bench role) to Premier league. If he can keep up the tempo this season, he needs to be at Stamford Bridge next season! I don't get it either ... Conte is a master of 352 and he should play it! He was doing something similiar with Italian national team, trying different systems to fit all the players but in the end they had big success with 352 In the end only Terry will come in for Cahill ...
