The last 10 mins or so of the game is how we need to start playing from the start! Ok enough game we weren't sublime but we got the job done eventually. 3 points in the bag at the end.
We didn't win but we didn't lose!! I'll take the draw. Mata definitely proved himself to Mourinho, good for him and Chelsea. Torres! Had a really good game may have scored or assisted eventually. MOTM for me.
He did say that he wants to win the capital cup, the pl and trophies that he doesn't have in his career. It was bolded too so from that I'll hold out on saying he'll leave in January. I think he'll try his best to adapt to what Mourinho wants.
I didn't and won't expect him to be derogatory about the club. He usually talks about wins whether he's apart of it or not I just found it strange that he didn't even mention the game. The way he mentioned Mikel you'd think he scored in some imaginary match. That's why I said I think he maybe unsettled about everything that's going on. Indeed it does not but discontent often results in strife.
I think this whole fiasco is affecting Mata hopefully it will motivate him rather than create an unbalanced situation in the dressing room or with him leaving. In his blog today he doesn't mention winning on Saturday but he referenced Mikel goal later on. He only talked about the two previous losses and a hope for a win at Swindon.
Poor first half, good second half especially the last 20 minutes or so. We got a win after a drought with a clean sheet and MIKEL scored!!! I'm a happy Blue
Don't be so fatalistic. We still have the opportunity to redeem ourselves. Now if we really are knocked out (again) hopefully it will serve as wake up call that we're not as good as we think we are
True!. It just cements it even more. We do need a good striker to take us through several years but its not looking likely. This curse needs to end soon
