What I've been staring at for the past year

Our nightlife is off the chain. Any opportunity for a party (as we say lime) to be had better believe it will be going down. Clubs, bars, parties (hearing music from one right now). We have a city with a tag line of "the city that never sleeps" so one can definitely enjoy themselves there. There is also a seasonal element (Around Carnival) where everything goes up a notch!

I have no idea if the child is a girl or boy (long hair, unisex clothes) I just glance down after the stomp but the mom was quick to continue talking....maybe that's their ploy mom distracts, child stomps lol.
