It is not clear to anyone what the board wants. They could be silent because they could still be evaluating if they will offer him a new contract or not, or even if it will be a recuded one. How would they realse any statement on something they don't already know? You don't have any facts to prove it is crystal clear that the board does not want to renew. The odds are strongly in your favour, but you can't claim it yet.

About the football thing, it is half true. I still see a lot of kids playing football on small streets. It is ending though, the cities are getting bigger and the kids lose space to cars, violence, etc. When I was in high school, we had to rent a football pitch to be able to play. We shared the amount and played almost every week, ended up costing 4 or 5 bucks to each.

The money and effort that was put in on the last 2-3 years should have been enough for a knock-out UCL squad. What has really happened is that we have a good squad, nothing more.
