From what I have seen from Leicester, Söyüncü looks pretty good and I would rather have him here than Zouma or Rüdiger. I rate Conte as the best defensive Coach with Simeone and he could only make us better from the defensive point of view for one season. After that, it was off. If I was CHO under Sarri after many amazing Youth Team performances, debut under Conte , U17 WC winner and an amazing pre Season, I would want to leave too. Sarri did not give him a fair chance. If he was given it after that, he would have signed a new deal with way less money If I was CHO and wasting my potential on the bench and the club came to me with an offer a salary with added performances bonuses, I would leave even faster because Sarri does not rate me (CHOs point of view) and the club is trying to give me a contract based on performances under a coach that does not want me to play. I know what you mean, but sometimes tactics are not as easy as we think. Lamps could started a 4-3-3 and Mikel could have done something completely else than he did against us and then maybe Lamps would have then switched to 4 at the back. Arteta is new in the game, so he is pretty unpredictable. Me personally, I don't like playing with 3 at the back with players like Rüdiger and Zouma. Under Conte it worked because Luiz was the Master at long Balls and we had also Cesc to play Fabrepasses, so enough creativity. Also, we had Hazard who could score a decisive goal. But I would still go with a 3 at the back against Bayern. Now you are talking about good Defensive Coaches? Which ones? Mou who can't make average defenders at Spurs better? If you give Youth players decent chances to play like Lamps clearly does, a lot of them will accept contracts way less than CHOs Contract. CHO played in a time where Sarri, a Youth Hater, was in charge and CHO wanted to leave and rightly so. You either give those players big contracts or let them leave the club when coaches like Mou or Sarri are in charge because they will not get fair chances. RLC would have also left us years ago, but he received a good contract for his potential back in the day. Mou did not rate him enough to actually play him and Mou smashed him in every press conference he had the chance to criticise him. So they gave him a decent Contract for his Potential. Mou only played 4-2-3-1. Conte, when he found that 3-4-3 was Working, played that System til he got sacked. Sometimes, he played 3-5-2. Lamps has two Systems and neither are perfect for our squad. In a 3 men back, you need to have creative CBs. Rüdiger and Zouma are the worst players at long balls I have seen in a long time. Only Tomori can actually pass the ball. In a 4 man back, we are way more vulnerable conceding goals because our back 4 is not good enough at defending and our Defensive midfielders sometimes make weird passes to the opponent. Chilwell is not World class either. When Emerson got destroyed by Mahrez, Chelsea fans were Smashing him because in their Eyes Mahrez is a average guy (there were people here saying that ). Now, Chilwell got destroyed and he obviously is not good enough either. For me, Mahrez is a World class winger on his day. He reminds me a little bit of Ziyech with less creativity(even though Mahrez is actually Creative). I don't really see an available world class LB. We can only buy Talents and hope they get better over Time. For me, I would rather go for a right winger and CB. I don't think that Zouma and Rüdiger work well in Franks system. Werner is a Second striker and does not have the qualities to play the CF Position. That is why Gnabry plays false 9 in German National Team before Werner plays CF. Werner had his Chances to play CF, but just lacks in so many qualities. He is a good Second striker though, even though I prefer more technicaly gifted Second strikers. What I don't like is his concentration. Everything looks fine to me but sometimes he dribbles past some people and then plays some stupid pass to the opponent. Also, I think he cuts way too much inside. I remember in the Youth, he sometimes used to cut inside, some other time he did not and went the other way and was very unpredictable.
